Gentibus CD version 1.4x is free software. There is absolutely no obligation to pay any money to use or redistribute Gentibus CD V1.4x. You can support the development of Gentibus CD with a donation.

Warranty

This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.

The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media or documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if the author has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.

Copyright

The software product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. The software, their source code, documentation, the data organization and the appearance of the graphic interfaces, are the author's exclusive property. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the software.

Distributors

The version 1.4x of Gentibus CD can be distributed freely, if it is not sold. Only the support containing the software could be sold (CD-ROMs, floppy...) if the price does not exceed the price commonly practiced for this media. The software must be distributed in its original form (GentibusCDSetup.exe) without any modification. The distributor must specify that this software is a Freeware product. The versions "BETA" of Gentibus CD must not be distributed (these versions are identified by the word "BETA" in the title of the application window). These Gentibus CD versions are only for tests.
